What information will the hotel receive if a rooming list is exported without a primary guest's name?

If a guest fails to provide a primary guest name, the reservation contact's name will serve as the primary guest name when exporting the rooming list to avoid any blank entries.

Note, while these reservations won't appear on the duplicate reservation report, you may find them on the 'unassigned guest report'.

To prevent unassigned guest reservations, we strongly recommend activating the 'Require Primary Guest' feature.
