What's the ability to control wording or verbiage on emails?

At present, the email text is static and not customizable. However, you have the option to utilize the event-level support text box or add custom policy/text at the sub-block level. Text added through either of these options will be displayed in the reservation acknowledgment emails.

**The option to customize reservation acknowledgment emails is on the roadmap for future releases, however, it regrettably is not something we can do at this time.
