How to Identify Cut-Off Hotels in the Back Office
When a hotel's cut-off date and time has passed, it will be removed from the front-end booking interface, making it unavailable for new reservations. However, administrators can still book or modify reservations for that hotel from the back end.
How to Identify Cut-Off Hotels in the Back Office:
- Hotels that have reached or surpassed their cut-off date will be highlighted in red text instead of the usual blue.
- The cut-off date for these hotels will be prominently displayed in bold red for easy identification.
Event Reservation Status:
- If all hotels associated with an event have reached their cut-off dates, an "Event Completed" message will appear.
- The default message reads: "Thank you for navigating to this page. The event reservation site you are trying to access is no longer accepting bookings. If you need additional assistance, please review the support information below."
- This message can be customized using the event wizard to better suit your needs.
