How can a guest cancel their reservation?


Only the reservation main contact can edit or cancel a reservation. The best approach is to ask the guest to use their reservation confirmation email. In that email, there is an "Edit Reservation Now" button that will direct them back to the reservation system. Once they are in Resiada and viewing their reservation, they can make various modifications by clicking on any highlighted options to edit or cancel their reservation.

Alternatively, guests can access their reservation through the splash page by selecting the "Modify Reservations" option. They will be asked to enter their Reservation ID and Last Name. Please note that the Reservation ID is only the letters and numbers before the dash.
