If Max Reservations/Group is set to one, can a guest book more than one room?
If your setting allows guests to book only one room at a time, then the system will not allow them to book more than one room. If you’d like to enable them to reserve multiple rooms in a single transaction, please increase the "Max Reservations/Group" limit to more than 1.
If you prefer to maintain the current setting, however, still allow guests to book multiple rooms, please inform guests that they will need to log out after booking one room and then restart the booking process for each additional room. Additionally, they may need to clear their browser cache, as it might remember their previous session and prevent a second room booking based on your current settings.
