Bizzabo Integration
Resiada/ Bizzabo integration works based on their order number. How does this work as an individual and as a group?
The room blocks are managed on the Order Level. The advantage for this is that if you are purchasing room blocks for multiple people within one order, you can assign the rooms to specific registrations on Resiada and that will then be updated on Bizzabo.
Ex: Order contains 3 registrations for 3 attendees. In resiada you can purchase 3 separate rooms, and assign each Bizzabo registration to a room
That being said you always have the option to do separate Registrations/Orders for individuals.
If exhibitors and sponsors are registered outside of Bizzabo, how do we get them access to the room block in Resiada?
If the expectation is that sponsors and exhibitors need to purchase their rooms in advance you will need to add their registrations to Bizzabo first. Therefore, exhibitors and sponsors registration from a third party platform will need to be frequently improted into Bizzabo and assgined tickets if we want them to book within Resiada. There is potential to discuss a way to automate this via Bizzabo's API- please contact your Bizzabo customer success manager for further details.
How do attendees who are already registered able to get access to the room block in Resiada?
Attendees will need to be notified via email that the room block is avialble and given access. This can be configured as a button on your scheduled and registration confirmation emails.
