Congratulations! Now that your account setup is complete, you’re ready to begin building your first event in Resiada. Whether you're launching a live event or just exploring through a demo, this guide will help ensure you have everything you need to get started with confidence.


Pre-Event Checklist: What You’ll Need Before You Begin

Before you dive into the Create an Event process, it’s helpful to gather the following materials to ensure a smooth build:

📄 Hotel Contract(s)

  • Ensure you have all finalized agreements from your hotel partners.
  • These will be essential for setting up inventory, cut-off dates, and cancellation policies.

🏨 Hotel & Room Images

  • Collect high-quality visuals for hotels and room types.
  • Tip: Ask the hotel directly for the most current, high-resolution images.

💳 Merchant Credentials

  • Be prepared with your payment gateway credentials for collecting:
    • Reservation fees
    • Deposits
    • Cancellation penalties (if applicable)

🛎️ Support Information

  • Define how your participants can access help during the booking process.
  • Example: Will support be provided by your team, Resiada, or the hotel?

🎨 Branding Assets

  • To ensure your event site aligns with your brand, gather:
    • Event and client logos
    • Sponsor logos and ads
    • Brand colors and fonts
    • Any banner or marketing graphics

🗂️ Inventory Grid (Optional)

  • A summary of your inventory and sub-block allocations per hotel and room type.
  • While optional, this is helpful if you’re planning your event in advance.
  • You can also allocate inventory dynamically as you build within Resiada.
