Accessing User Management
Log in and Head to User Management:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Select 'User Management' from the dropdown.
Please note that you need user management permissions to create and manage users for your account.

Understanding Permission Overview
- Initial View: If you're a new user, the 'Permission Overview' will be empty. Start by adding team members.
- Existing Account: If you're part of an existing account with user management rights, you'll see all users on the account and their permission levels.
Adding a New User: Easy Steps
- Click 'Add New' found in the Users section.
- Enter User Contact Info: Fill in the name, email, phone, and optional photo.
- Click 'Save and Add'. An invitation email will automatically be sent to the new user to join your account.

- Find the User: Search for the user in the Users section.
- Click on the user's profile and then click 'Disable User' at the top right corner.
Resetting Passwords: Quick Fix for Forgotten Passwords
- Find the User: Search for the user in the Users section.
- Click on the user's profile and then click 'Reset Password'. They'll get an email prompt.
