Navigating through a sea of reservations? Let’s simplify that! The Reservation Search feature in Resiada is your go-to tool for managing and tracking reservations efficiently. Whether it’s for one event or across multiple, this feature is designed to make your life easier. Here’s how to use it effectively:

Getting Started

Access the Reservation Search Page:

• For an overview of all reservations: Choose "All Reservations" from the global navigation bar.
• For event-specific reservations: Click on "Event Reservations" in the event navigation bar.

Finding Your Way

1. Enter Your Search:
   • Use the search box to type in reservation ID, primary guest name, or other key details.
   • Remember: The more specific your query, the quicker you'll find what you need!
2. Apply Those Handy Filters:
   • Click the "Filters" button for extra precision.
   • Adjust filters in the Event, Housing, and Contact sections.
   • Pro Tip: Event-specific filters are available if you accessed “All Reservations” from the global navigation.
3. Customize Filter Criteria:
   • Check off the filters you want and choose an operator (like ‘Equal’, ‘Contains’, etc.).
   • Input your criteria or select from the available options.

Saving Time with Presets

Save Filter Presets:

• Once you’ve set your filters, save them as presets for future use.
• You can save up to five presets – a real time-saver!

Managing Your Search Results

View and Manage Reservations:

• The Reservations List Table shows all the relevant details.
• Customize your view: Select how many reservations to display per page and manage the columns.

Additional Features

• Email and Tagging: Select reservations to send emails or assign tags for even better organization.
• Export and Column Management: Need a hard copy or a different view? Export reservation details and tweak those column displays.
