Dashboards in Resiada function as central hubs for monitoring and managing events, reservations, and related activities. They provide users with an intuitive and comprehensive overview of key metrics and operational insights, streamlining the management process.

Types of Dashboards in Resiada:

  1. Global Dashboard:
    • Access: Upon logging into Resiada, you will land on the Global Dashboard. To navigate back to this view from anywhere on the platform, click on "Client Home" in the horizontal menu bar at the top right of the screen.
    • Purpose: Manages all events and reservations across the entire system.
    • Features:
      • View and track all ongoing and upcoming events.
      • Monitor overall booking trends and system-wide performance metrics.
      • Access comprehensive data and insights to make informed decisions.
  2. Event Dashboard:
    • Access: The Event Dashboard appears when you click on an event from the Global Dashboard or search for the event using the search field. To return to the Event Dashboard from any other section of the event, click on "Dashboard" in the black horizontal menu bar located below the main menu bar at the top right of the screen.
    • Purpose: Focuses on specific events and their related bookings.
    • Features:
      • Oversee event-specific pick up percentage and track attrition.
      • Access tailored insights and metrics relevant to individual events.

By leveraging these dashboards, users can efficiently manage their booking activities, ensuring both a broad overview and detailed control of their events and reservations.
