What does the multiple icon in wait list settings mean?
The term "Multiple" refers to a sub-block having various waitlist settings. For example, you can enable the waitlist for specific room types or hotels, rather than applying it universally. Below are steps to set up wait list settings:
- Go to the Manage tab.
- Select Waitlist Settings.
- Under Calendar Restrictions, check the box for Allow Waitlist Only on Selected Days.
- Scroll down to Waitlist Fulfillment Setup, find the relevant sub-block, and select the hotel.
- Adjust the dates either at the hotel level or by room type as needed. On the calendar, select the specific dates when you want the waitlist to be active. Any dates left unselected will prevent guests from joining the waitlist.
