Next Steps after Account Set Up

Now that your account setup is complete, you're poised to embark on creating your event. Before delving into the 'Create an Event' section, here's a handy checklist to ensure you have all the necessary items to kickstart your event-building journey:

    • Hotel contract(s)
    • High-quality hotel and room type images (preferably provided directly by the hotel for the most up-to-date and HD visuals)
    • Merchant credential information for fee or deposit collection, as well as any cancellation fees
    • Support Information: How participants can access assistance with housing-related inquiries
    • Branding assets: Including client and event logos, sponsorships, advertisements, color schemes, and font styles
    • Inventory grid summarizing all inventory and sub-block allocations. This is optional, as you may opt to allocate as you progress in Resiada.

If you're not yet prepared to build a live event, fret not! You can create a 'demo event' which will guide you through the event-building process step by step. This hands-on experience will greatly familiarize you with all the essential steps involved in orchestrating a housing event.
