Bulk Reservations: An Intro
Bulk reservations is a feature that enables you to create, edit or cancel reservations in bulk. This is a great feature when you need to import a rooming list of reservations to the master bill or for an exhibitor or sponsor group.
Under Manage in the navigation bar, click on Bulk Reservations. You will be presented with the following options:
Upload Your File: Create new reservations in bulk by uploading an Excel file (saved as .xlsx). A sample .xlsx file template can be downloaded.
Upload from Another System: Create new reservations in bulk by uploading an Excel file exported from another system (saved as .xlsx).
Tips If uploading a file, ensure that the Hotel Name, Room Types, Sub block names should be exact as how they are set up in Resiada.
Create reservations
You will be able to easily create many rooms from scratch. You can search based on availability and many other parameters. There are no limits, so create as many as needed.
Edit reservations
Best used to edit many reservations at once, or for a customized overview of all reservations for your event. All existing reservations currently created for this event will be opened.
