Managing Hotel Contacts

Adding New Hotel Contacts

If you need to add a new contact for a hotel, the process is straightforward:

  1. Manage Contacts: Click 'Manage Contacts' next to the relevant hotel.
  2. Add New Contact: In the popup, click 'Add New Contact'.
  3. Enter Contact Details: Provide the contact's name, email, and optionally, a mobile number for texts or a direct landline (no extension) phone number for voice verification.
  4. Save: Click ‘Save and Add New Contact’.

Adding Contacts to Hotels

To add existing contacts to a hotel:

  1. Select Contacts: Click 'Manage Contacts', then select the contact(s) from the ‘Existing Contacts’ list.
  2. Add to Hotel: Click ‘Add Selected As Hotel Contact’. The contact(s) will now be associated with the hotel.

Removing Contacts

Contacts can be removed either from a specific hotel or from the list of existing contacts. This is done by either clicking the X next to the contact’s name or by deselecting them in the ‘Manage Contacts’ section and then updating the list.
