How to Set Up Your Account and Profile
Setting up your account and profile is the first step toward successfully managing your events and room blocks. Follow the simple steps below to get started in just a few minutes.
🔑 Step 1: Access and Set Up Your Account
When you sign on with Resiada, our team will begin the onboarding process by creating your account.
- Your login email will be the one you provided during the sales process.
- You’ll receive a New Account Created email once your account has been set up.
- Click the Activate Account Now button in the email to begin setting your password.
🔐 Step 2: Set Your Password & Log In
After clicking the Activate Account Now button, you’ll be prompted to create a password.
Enter your new password and click Set Password to save.
You’ll then be directed to log in. You can either:
- Click Click Here to Log In in the email, or
- Visit https://resiada.com and click the Login button in the top-right corner anytime you're ready.
🔄 Managing Multiple Accounts?
If your email is linked to several accounts, use the “Update all accounts” option when changing your password to apply it across all accounts.
👤 Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Once logged in:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account.
- Complete your profile settings, including:
🌍 Time Zone
- Your selected time zone impacts time-stamped activities in Resiada (e.g., reservation change logs).
- We recommend setting this to your local time zone for accurate tracking.
🔔 Notification Preferences
Choose to receive alerts for all events or specific ones only.
Notifications include:
- Rooming list exports
- Account lockouts
- Credit card errors
- Reservations placed on hold
- Event status changes
To review notifications at any time, click the bell icon located to the left of your avatar.
