Understanding User Permissions
Assigning the right permissions ensures your team members have the tools they need—without compromising security. This guide explains how to manage Global and Event-level permissions, as well as what each permission does.
Types of Permissions
🔷 Global Permissions
These apply across all events on your account—best for core team members.
How to assign:
- Go to User Management and select a user.
- Under Global Permissions, check individual boxes or select a predefined permission group.
- Click Save Permissions.
🔶 Event-Level Permissions
These apply to specific events only—ideal for temporary staff or external partners.
How to assign:
- Navigate to the user’s profile.
- Go to Event Permissions.
- Check the boxes for permissions specific to that event.
- Click Save Permissions.
⚠️ Note:
- Blue toggles = inherited from global permissions (cannot be changed).
- Green toggles = applied specifically at the event level.
